I am a Certified Independent Health Coach, certified by the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education (COPE), in partnership with the College of Nursing at Villanova University. I work with a network of Health Coaches that provide the necessary support for successful weight loss and return to wellness using a comprehensive system that helps people lose weight and keep the weight off. We teach people how to create lasting, healthy habits in their lives. With 2/3rds of America suffering from obesity, we are the premiere solution for Fast, Safe and Effective weight loss. A Health Coach has the ability to introduce and provide their clients with the Trilogy of Optimal Health. First we help our clients reach a Healthy Body. Then it is a natural bi product to establish a Healthy Mind. With a Healthy Body and Healthy Mind, our clients become walking bill boards for healthy living and then find the amazing business opportunity of helping others do the same. With this they experience the final component of the Trilogy of Optimal Health which is Healthy Finances. The best part is that I can and do help people anywhere in the United States of America!
