Tolly currently serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Care, Operations, & Logistics for JTV®, the largest retailer of loose gemstones in the world and one of the top electronic jewelry retailers in the US. He is responsible for the JTV Customer Experience including Product QC, Logistics, Supply Chain Mgt, Customer Care/Call Center, Jewelry Shop, Warranty Program, Shipping/Fulfillment, & Facilities/Security, along with other key initiatives within the organization. Tolly joined JTV in 2012 to lead, develop and improve the Customer Care Experience with a focus on People and Processes resulting in a best of class JTV customer experience. Tolly's has consistently achieved significant improvement in key business metrics such as p&l improvement, sales, expense control, employee retention, productivity, and customer service. He drives results through people, processes, strong relationships, and forward-thinking ideas while aligning resources appropriately in a highly fluctuating business environment. Tolly is a successful retail executive with over 27 years of leadership experience including 20+ years at a SVP, VP, or Director Level with multi-unit & P&L responsibility. He is skilled in retail management, leadership, customer care, workforce management, learning & development, omni-digital, payment solutions, project management & building productive teams to execute at the highest level.
