I lead the E-commerce, digital marketing, and data/financial analytics teams at PhotoBarn. My team focuses on strategizing, executing, and measuring digital marketing strategies to deliver rapid growth and new customer acquisition. I also have a significant role in instituting operations excellence using supply chain analytics. I help oversee the entire supply chain process and implementation of LEAN and theory of constraints (TOC) principles. PhotoBarn's E-commerce marketing team focuses in all realms of the digital marketing world including social media marketing, Google PPC, retargeting, email re-marketing, etc.. I have a background in leading analytics teams in the retail and supply chain / manufacturing realm. Generally, my teams have focused on big picture problems or opportunities, asking the right questions, thinking outside the box, diving deep, and advising the executive team on recommended actions, innovative solutions, and long-term or short-term financial strategies to help guide the business and generate revenue growth. Technical Skill Set * Expertise in econometric regression analysis (Robust Linear, Multivariate, Non-Linear, Logit, Logarithmic) and operations excellence (LEAN, TOC) * 6+ years experience with Oracle, SQL, MSSQL, Data Warehouse, Microstrategy (3+ years), VBA (2+ years) * Expert level proficiency in Stata, SQL, R, Matlab, LaTeX, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Adobe Products (Acrobat, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator) * 8+ years experience with Stata, Matlab, LaTeX * 12+ years experience with PHP, CSS, MySQL, HTML, Content Management Systems, Jquery, Javascript * Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Webmasters, and Google Adwords * Programming ability in all the above language and programs
