I have extensive experience with all aspects of people development and coaching, from working with individuals to large groups. I believe that each of us are 100% responsible for how our life turns out. What I make out of my life, my happiness, my relationships, my success, my health, my wealth, everything is in my hands. I must aspire to be "the coach I wish I had" that I can help others influence and create their life the way they want it to be. Each of us just must take responsibility for ourselves and have the courage to go out and make it happen. I have lead organizations with up to 600 members and budgets of over $80m in Ready to Eat Operations. I believe it is my responsibility as a coach to make great things happen for others. This is demonstrated by each Coach building a foundation of trust through open and personal communication. A great Coach creates an environment of ownership by empowering others to act and fosters the development of their own and other's God-given talents. Some leaders build so many barriers to upward communication that the very idea of someone lower in the hierarchy looking up to the leader for help is ludicrous. The corporate culture they foster often defines asking for help as weakness or failure, so people cover up their gaps, and the organization suffers accordingly. Real leaders make themselves accessible and available. My goal is to create a high-performance culture by identifying and growing the talent within the organization. Achieving this through modeling the behavior I expect to see in leaders, connecting with the individuals I lead, and involving those individuals in the decisions that impact their lives. I believe in creating an environment for ownership where each person wants to be responsible, then transferring the ownership for the work to those that do the work, and finally coaching the development of personal capabilities. I have had the opportunity to speak at numerous conferences ranging from regional to international. I have presented at Association of Manufacturing Excellence International Conference 3 times on various topics related to Continuous Improvement.
