Responsible for federal market development; building lasting team relationships with small and large business partners; business development; and proposal development for JMT's natural and cultural resources, and Architectural-Engineering services. Highlights include: - Market growth with federal agencies including the National Park Service (NPS), Department of Defense (DoD), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). - Building firm's environmental experience with state agencies including the Maryland Port Administration (MPA) and Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA). - Manage large and small cap contracts for various agencies - More than 17 years of experience managing environmental program elements and projects along with a wide array of federal and civil clients. - Technical expertise in NEPA, agency consultation, facilitation, and environmental planning.
