I have grown up in this industry work for my fathers mechanical company. I have also learn a lot of new things in this industry has changed a lot from when I first started I wear many different hats on a daily basis from project management to sales to working out in the field installing or servicing equipment. I have 3 years of air and water balancing background. I love the interaction with the customers on how we can improve a customers system to be more energy efficient or just get it working the right way again. When I do retire in 25 years I hope that I left my mark on the industry.
