Josh is a highly motivated construction sales manager with experience estimating, designing, and providing leadership on a variety of office, commercial, hotel, hospital, and high rise facilities in the HVAC and plumbing arenas. With over 15 years in the industry Josh has proven himself as a leader with a vast knowledge of mechanical systems. Josh has also provided guidance, oversight, and training for plumbing design professionals assisting with coordination, layout, and three dimensional designs. In addition, Josh has expanded his role to include preconstruction activities that include; multi-trade proposals, front end owner/client meetings, as well as high level project interviews.
