Key member of the small, highly functioning Corporate Development team at Honeywell International. In this role, I am responsible for leading/supporting all aspects of acquisition and divestiture transactions, including joint ventures and alliances, for the promotion of Honeywell's growth objectives. I work extensively with cross-functional teams in the execution of my duties, provide M&A guidance and process leadership to business segment teams in the field, and have frequent contact with the CEO, CFO, General Counsel and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development (and well as SBG leadership). I lead and coordinate the development, analysis and execution of proposed mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic alliances on behalf of Corporate in support of our growth efforts.
