A level-headed, seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the Digital and Creative Ad industry across multiple regions and markets and with a strong pedigree in digital. I'm well-versed in leading multidisciplinary teams across Strategy, Technology, Creative, Experience and Media to offer fully-integrated business solutions to clients. I was most recently Managing Director of Africa’s leading digital creative and technology agency, SQUAD Africa, part of the WPP Group. Prior to that I achieved the position of CEO at the industry’s top digital experience agency, ISOBAR, as well as the role of Co-Chair, overseeing all of Dentsu Group’s creative experience brands in Hong Kong. Over 10 years, with a balance of operational discipline and creative ambition, I transformed ISOBAR HK into a regional hub and a growing, profitable, Gold award-winning industry-leader. I build working cultures that encourage collaboration, autonomy, diversity and inspire a winning mentality, a spirit of camaraderie, and demand innovation. My leadership skills have been developed over years of managing teams on local, regional and global business and have been honed through diverse training, while they’ve also been tested on the competitive sports field and from leading teams on extreme expeditions.
