Manage all full life cycle recruiting, relocation, and internship programs and perform a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs including on-boarding and exit processes. Work with senior management to recruit employees; create job descriptions; internal/external compensation evaluations, surveys and analysis. Manage immigration/global mobility efforts, compliance, and personnel records; administer new hire and termination process and documentation; and handle HR generalist workplace issues.
