Currently I am an Account Manager for a CaaS provider. I have about 10 years of experience in customer service, sales and solutions over various different industries.I have worked with major call centers that provide various services or products and have helped implement / integrate / launch campaigns through our various call distribution and call routing services. Until recently I was a Support Lead, Product Consultant, Product Tester within the same company that I am currently employed for now. These roles were very customer specific as I focused on various items such as regression testing, testing of new features, fixes for anomalies within the product. Additionally I assisted in on-boarding, implementation, and basic Tier 1 cases for investigation, diagnosis, and solutions. Colleagues know me as having a very high intense juggernaut-like work ethic and never wincing at the idea of doing the gritty non-glamorous tasks which has formed into a bit of niche which I believe creates a high demand for my services. I am well adapted at working alone or with a team. Working with a team however, brings out the best of my abilities. I have a B.B.A in Business Administration with a specialization in Sport Administration from Saint Thomas University of Miami, FL and took some graduate course towards an MBA at Kaplan University. I am currently pursuing an MS in Operations and Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
