I'm an experienced manager with expertise in scaling business operations, developing supply-chain strategies, managing dispersed teams and fleets, and driving efficiency improvements. Here at Instacart I've had the opportunity to play an active role in developing and improving virtually all aspects of our business including optimizing payment models, developing food safety standards, executing launches in new regions, and working with shoppers on the store floor. In that time, our business has continued to grow and our financial performance has continued to improve. Previously I consulted with Bain on projects that improved field operations, developed go-to-market strategies, and redesigned organizational structures across industrial, technology, healthcare, and other verticals. I also have advised private equity firms on over a dozen due-diligence efforts spanning multiple industries. I received my MBA with Distinction from Kellogg and my B.A. from Yale and reside in Los Angeles.
