My experience is a blend of marketing strategic and project management expertise and strong written and visual communication that spans a range of industries. I lead a team that includes marketing project management, marketing analytics and automation, Workfront project management software system administration and print production. I am a trained leadership coach, and completed the COACHRice training program at Rice University in 2020. This has enabled me to blend my experience in the marketing account, creative and leadership space with coaching skills to foster growth and development in emerging and seasoned professionals. I work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing in-house agency. We've adapted traditional Agile methodologies to the needs of our industry, helping us create effective, award-winning work for our stakeholders on-time and within scope. I believe you can foster collaboration via a hybrid model of face-to-face and virtual interactions, underpinned with a strong digital project management platform and a well-trained team. Over the course of my career, I have implemented marketing plans for a leading arts organization as well as corporate B2B and B2C efforts; created marketing programs for a home builder during a multi-market expansion; created advertising special sections -- from concept through production -- for the Houston Chronicle; and managed creative workflow for an in-house creative group. Although the range of clients and companies I have worked with is diverse, the driving force has always been how to answer this question: "How can we most effectively and efficiently communicate our message to our target market?" The key to any successful business is planning and communication with all stakeholders, through advertising and social media, one-on-one relationship-building opportunities and creative marketing and promotion events and programs. Effective communication is universal to any market and medium.
