With a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute, I have 17 years of experience in the fields of Data Science, Analytics, Business and Risk Management. I have carried out extensive predictive modeling and machine learning in Risk and Marketing domain in the banking industry. I am experienced in driving the P&L of an organization. I have experience of leading the business in both B2C & B2B segments. Setting up Analytics and Risk Management divisions, Managing Data Science team dealing with structured and unstructured data, Developing proprietary Risk Models, Managing Sales and Operations teams to drive revenue, Collaboration with technology and product for program launches have been some of my core responsibilities in current and earlier organizations.
