My passion is to build businesses leading clean technology development and commercialization to create a more environmentally sustainable world. This has led me from farming (family business) to commercial food development (engineer at General Mills) to renewable energy (Cogenra Solar) and now to Impossible Foods. For the past 5 years, I have teamed up with a Stanford Professor who had a huge vision for how to create an immensely better food system without the massive environmental impact of today’s system. We've built Impossible Foods from the ground up forming an amazing team and developing and commercializing delicious, sustainable plant-based foods to address many global food production issues - efficiency, scalability, safety, health, food security, and more.
