Over 10 years experience working with large scale organisations across London in a range of project management, operational management and consultancy roles has given me necessary experience and skills to successfully deliver highly complex programmes of work across multiple business units. With an extensive and strong track record of delivering results in challenging environments, I have formed strong and valued relationships with client organisations and suppliers to deliver the change needed to leverage programme benefits.From delivering £20M+ IT infrastructure programmes to deploying hospital Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and clinical applications (e.g. Cerner Powerchart) in organizations with 10,000+ employees, I have a proven track record of success in medium to large size organisations. I am equally comfortable working directly with IT technical teams as I am with executives, suppliers and end-users. Having also worked in operational management roles, I am well placed to deliver successful projects which transition to service smoothly and reap the efficiencies and benefits identified in the business case. My enthusiasm for projects and successful outcomes has helped me form excellent relationships with the teams I have worked with in the past, which in turn, helps me enjoy my assignments.
