An experienced senior leader with extensive operational and ICT transformation experience in both primary and secondary care. Working at board and national level with a strong focus on improvement, benefit realisation and transformation I have a proven background having successfully digitised several Acute Trusts. I have worked in a large Acute Trust environment for approx 16 years and this is my specialist area. I currently hold full responsibility for the ambitious and executive led Outpatient Transformation Programme at Imperial and the multi million pound digital transformation programme of work at both Imperial College Hospital and Chelsea and Westminster NHSFT. Leading a team of talented individuals to implement functionality and software which in turn will improve and embed a digital culture change for all team members within our clinically rich Cerner Millennium EPR.
