Kristen has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a concentration in the analytical areas of global benefits, compensation, systems and project management. Since joining ICF, she has spearheaded many culture change initiatives, such as a new performance management program, introduction of consumer driven healthcare, launch of a market based PTO plan, and creation of a new compensation foundation structure. All of these projects were delivered timely with cross-functional teams, and saved the organization millions of dollars in cost, while also gaining efficiency and scale in the process. In addition, Kristen has led the HR effort for Mergers & Acquisitions from due diligence through full integration, with a track record of very low turnover of acquired employees. Recently, she has become certified in Facet5 assessments and coaching, and is excited to expand into this aspect of HR leadership, which takes her back to her love of psychology and increases her ability to lead effective teams. Her experience has included several industries, from real estate to data networks and telephony, to government consulting professional services. She has solid expertise in all of the specific HR regulations and requirements involved in government contracting, to include the Service Contract Act. Although not currently active, Kristen has held a Top Secret/TS/SCI clearance in prior positions.
