Fouad Mustafa is a results driven and accomplished executive responsible for development and implementation of IBI Group's corporate operations and marketing plans for the public private partnership (P3) infrastructure sector. Mr. Mustafa held executive positions with Giffels Associates Limited prior to its acquisition by IBI Group. He has over 25 years experience in consulting engineering and has been a leader and mentor to staff assisting many of them in the development of their interpersonal, technical and project management skills. He is the consummate team player known for his "lead by example" approach. Fouad has extensive demonstrated experience in business management including business development, operations and project/ program management. His expertise is varied and includes planning, design, and implementation of transportation infrastructure and facilities. He has managed large infrastructure projects exceeding $1B in capital value, and has worked with a wide range of public and private sector clients throughout North America and overseas. Fouad contributed significantly to proposal preparation and securing the $5.5B Eglinton Crosstown LRT (ECLRT) project for the CTS consortium, and is co-leading the design team. He is a Professional Engineer and a holder of a Master in Business Administration (MBA). He actively contributes to the engineering profession and served four years on the Board of Directors of Consulting Engineers of Ontario.
