Upon receiving my Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Psychology, I am now the HR Generalist for Hydrotech, Inc. As the HR Generalist, I coordinate and implement people-related services, policies, and programs, and advise managers about employee and company related issues. Along with those responsibilities, I oversee the recruiting and onboarding process, manage the services, policies, needs assessment, and training and development. With organizational development skills and my employee relations I am able to administer employee services along with compensation and benefits. I provide an employee oriented and high performance culture that emphasizes a superior workforce. I am also responsible for the development of processes that support the achievement of Hydrotech’s mission and goals.
