Fawn Hofer is the HR Systems Manager at Huntington National Bank based in Columbus, Ohio. Under her leadership, Fawn’s team has driven HR Transformation by leveraging existing HR technology, implementing new cloud based solutions, and leading the move to ServiceNow and Workday within HR. Fawn’s collaborative, forward-looking, authentic leadership style enabled her to create synergies by centralizing HR technology functions, increasing focus on colleague and manager experience, introducing an Agile methodology, and driving strategic initiatives including M&A. Fawn has 10+ years of progressive experience managing HR initiatives and application support teams. Prior to joining Huntington, Fawn was a Software Developer at American Electric Power. Fawn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Wheeling Jesuit University and an Associate’s degree in Computer Science from Zane State College. Fawn also completed the Women Transforming Leadership program at the University of Oxford’s Said Business School. Fawn's team supports Workday/Prism Analytics, ServiceNow-HR, and Cornerstone on Demand in addition to supplemental HR tools and processes.
