David McNeil is head of HubSpot's World Wide Partner Program. With over two decades of experience in growth strategy and execution, David is responsible for HubSpot's partner go-to-market strategy and the partner lifecycle across all regions. Prior to assuming this role, David was VP of Sales Operations and was responsible for overseeing HubSpot's inbound lead management and prospecting teams. In this unique role, David and his team work closely with the HubSpot Marketing, Training & Development, Recruiting, Sales Enablement, and internal IT teams to enablement of our sales strategy and ensure alignment with our growth plans. David has held several leadership roles in field sales, inside sales, demand generation and partner organizations at various high growth and admired companies. Prior to joining HubSpot, David was responsible for leading the Americas Business Development Representative team at Salesforce.com responsible for driving 30%+ pipeline growth across mid-market, commercial, and enterprise segments. He also works as an active advisor to mid-size companies on executing on various growth strategies.
