I was born to do the work I’m doing at J.M. Huber Corporation. The culture has a perfect blend of ethical practices and respectful people upholding well-defined principles, giving me the room to cultivate a dynamic team and explore new ways to connect the dots for the greater good. My role is centered on strategy and creativity. I develop and shape engaging messages, so the intention is clear so employee actions can be aligned. I have a passion for helping young talent understand the why behind their work. My focus is to lead them in the right direction using a thoughtful balance of guidance without being too prescriptive, allowing them the space to explore their own brilliance. Huber is on a continuing journey toward DE&I that I’ve been proud to support.
