Heartland Financial USA, Inc. is a multi-billion diversified financial services company providing banking, mortgage, wealth management, insurance and consumer finance services to individuals and businesses.

As President and CEO, I oversee HTLF and its 11 member banks, with more than 140 banking centers serving more than 100 communities. Under my leadership, HTLF has successfully integrated 13 banks and grown from $6.1 billion under assets to nearly $18 billion. I’ve driven organic growth by $3.3 billion and growth through acquisition by $8.5 billion as well as made significant improvements in engagement, technology and efficiency. While maintaining HTLF’s strong focus on our people, customers, and the processes and products to meet their needs. I’m a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Before joining HTLF in 2015, I spent 12 years at Fifth Third, where I held numerous leadership positions including Chief Credit Officer, Director of Special Assets and Commercial Banking Head. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Siena Heights University. I served as Trustee of the Cincinnati Orchestra and held board positions for the Medical College of Ohio Foundation, Siena Heights University and the University of Findlay.
