Important products of this industry include operating, utility, and applications programs. of this industry may also provide services such as preparation of software documentation for the user-installation of software for the user| and training the user in the use of the software.

My strength lies in building & fostering relationships with a focus on strategy and communications. I believe relationships are about effective communicating; and that respect and transparency are greater drivers of revenue than the perfect elevator pitch. My perspective on management is simple... it's better to lead than manage. Managing is often times telling people what to do. I find it far more effective to inspire my team through leadership. This inspiration comes from 3 places... it is the clarity of one’s vision, courage of one’s conviction and ability to effectively communicate both of those things. I find that people work harder for those that care and invest their time in them... my teams have always benefited from open collaboration with myself and their counterparts. Creating a culture of collaboration, healthy competition and consultative selling are my keys to building an effective & successful sales organization.
