I am currently a Talent Acquisition Specialist that supports a variety of functions within the medical device industry. In my role, I work closely with HR Generalist and HR Directors in the support of various functions' hiring needs. Specifically, I recruit engineering, field sales, marketing, IT and supply chain positions that vary in level and scope. Outside of supporting corporate recruitment needs, I have experience in working closely with outside agencies, screening and interviewing candidates, developing pipelines, university recruitment, and with research and implementation of Talent Acquisition tools such as digital interviewing, background checking, and behavior-based interview training.
