In, 2007, I joined Mission Constructors as a Project Engineer. During my tenure as Project Engineer, I reviewed/coordinated submittals, studied contracts and assisted with project management tasks. In 2008, I was tasked with the responsibility of LEED Coordinator for Mission Constructors. The Monarch School project was awarded LEED Gold becoming the first LEED Gold school in the state of Texas in large part due to the construction waste diversion and recycled material practices of Mission Constructors. After proving myself on multiple projects, I was promoted to Project Manager in 2009. Since then, I have managed multiple projects including office renovations, data/server installations, medical offices and multi-building new construction retail facilities.
