My role as Preconstruction Director includes coordination of design management, estimating, scheduling, and document reviews from project programming phases through to construction contract award. I maintain close interaction with Owners/Developers and the design teams to insure project expectations are met or exceeded as well as the execution of a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction.Specialties: Sustainable design, Lifecycle cost, and Green building practices including LEED Certifications
