I've been fortunate to be given opportunities to focus on strengthening the organization’s seams in order to minimize poor coordination and fragmentation while maximizing organization's must do's in competitively distinct ways to increase profits.I've worked with and transformed financial, insurance, healthcare and technology organizations and have built lasting and trusting connections with C levels, peers, direct reports, and stakeholders. I have learned from my major achievements and failures in order to fine-tune my method to have a positive lasting impact.
