In any environment and any market, I lead expert sales executives to beat the competition and exceed aggressive targets. Over the course of my career, I built successful sales teams in the United States, Canada and Central America. I posit that I work for the teams I lead and not the other way around. Working alongside my staff to achieve their SMART goals and personal aspirations is a driving passion. Seeing my people win is truly my greatest reward. As a leader, I develop, coach, and mentor people to reach the next level professionally. In 15 years, I promoted more than 100 sales executives. I dedicated my time, talent, and knowledge to develop people resulting in uncontested strength at the edges. The world’s best sales team can’t sell if the product is subpar. I collaborate across internal functional teams to develop products and services that meet and exceed world-class standards for excellence. As a producer, I am competitive and ambitious. I have been promoted 10 times and awarded President’s Club 14 times in 15 years. My winning track record is due in part to my data-driven nature, depth of business and market knowledge, and ability to simplify daily operations. Combined with my tenacity, energy, and confidence, I always deliver results that surpass expectations. Outside of work, I enjoy time spent with my wife and children. I am a huge golf and basketball fan. Travel is one of my favorite pastimes.
