Leadership & Project Management: Led numerous Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain teams, consistently meeting tight timelines and strict requirements. Included identification of suppliers, due diligence, CDAs, RFIs, RFPs, evaluation and selection of suppliers, negotiation of contracts/agreements, implementation of supply chain and governance. Strategic Planning: Developed and operationalized the Category Management Framework producing savings integrated into the financial plan and highly effective category management strategies. Contract Negotiations/Savings: Saved up to $5M annually through advanced contract negotiations and cost savings/cost avoidance initiatives. Organizational/Staff Development: Created Procurement and Travel Development and Training program for category managers and buyers resulting in increased competency and skill level of staff. Supply Chain & Supplier Management: Streamlined metrics reporting, increased supplier accountability and strengthened supplier relationships with implementation of Supply Chain and Supplier Life Cycle Management Program, Supplier Management Program, Supplier of the Year and Supplier Day programs. Process Improvement: Led Operational Excellence Strategic Sourcing Contracting Process resulting in significantly reduced contract processing times.
