Rosemarie Casper is Director, Business Operations, at Healthwise, Incorporated, the premier source of health and wellness content. Rosemarie reports to the SVP Contracting and Business Operations. She is a member of the Sales Leadership Team, manages three Business Operations Coordinators and a Business Operations Analyst. She is also the business lead of a 9-person EAS (Enterprise Administration Systems) Optimization Team that is developing and executing operational projects that will ensure scalable growth. Rosemarie is an accomplished operations, sales and business development executive, with strong leadership, analytic and organization skills.She also has extensive experience with implementing and leveraging Salesforce and other force.com-related technologies. Prior to her position at Healthwise, she was President of CreativeArts, a wholesale gift business, Senior Vice President at an international consulting firm, Industry Marketing Manager at a Silicon Valley startup that pioneered shopping kiosk technology, and Regional Marketing Director at Estée Lauder. Among Rosemarie’s strengths are her astute understanding of business development techniques, her uncommonly strong ability to analyze complex situations and develop sound process improvements, strong planning, forecasting and reporting skills, and her demonstrated ability to frame complex and abstract ideas to persuade outcomes.
