I am an Operations Manager. Transport Manager PSV CPC qualified, with extensive experience in the Bus Transport industry. I have a proven track record in service delivery and leadership skills, building and maintaining excellent teams by listening to the needs of the individual, customers and the business. I believe that by identify the skills and weaknesses of the individual strong teams are created to achieve the goals and vision of the business, self worth, pride and improves customer service and delivery. During my time in this industry I have gained an excellent reputation and respect with all grades from Regional directors to drivers and have been proud to be part of a team who gained recognition in the UK Bus Awards in 2013. I began my career in this industry as a bus driver for first in 2000 and worked my way up to inspector and now Operations manager. I have gained CIPD qualification level 3 with merit and manage 345 drivers, which includes all aspects from recruitment, training, welfare, wages and development. Implementing company sickness and absence policy and disciplinary procedures. Health and safety, service levels, ensuring budgets and targets are achieved to ensure service quality and customer care.
