Start-up spirit with big media polish. I love to forge paths where there are none. I am a millennial cusp with nearly 15 years experience in digital marketing. I thrive on BIG IDEAS but only when they're acutely strategic & executed with impeccable detail. I was employee #4 at interactive agency, Deep Focus where I was responsible for building the Account/Project Management and Planning disciplines. Under my guidance, the agency grew billings by over 400% and won 10+ prestigious awards including a Cannes Lion. I've spent the last 9 years in digital at HBO working on various strategic initiatives. Currently, I'm the SVP of Digital. I oversee a team of 70 that includes the editorial and publishing operations for digital platforms (GO/NOW/HBO.com), digital & social marketing strategy and execution for our programming (go GOT!) plus acquisition and retention efforts for our OTT business. I take great pride in having built the digital and social media practices at HBO and (in my opinion) one of the most talented teams in the business. (With 15+ fancy lucite/metal statues to "prove it" including an Interactive Emmy, Cannes Lion and 6 Webbys.)
