Thomas brings more than a decade of experience encompassing performance marketing, sales expertise, and general operations. As a member of Harri's executive team, he led in developing and executing on all product creation and implementation. Under his guidance, revenues and member activity grew by over 500% driven by best-in-breed acquisition and retention marketing efforts.Prior to Harri, Tom was selected to lead TheLadders.com's Enterprise business line. During his tenure, Thomas inspired his teams to create targeted marketing and client-experience programs to increase brand value and product reach. Additionally, he held management positions at Intercall (formerly Genesys Conferencing) and Sterling Infosystems, where he helped pioneer the company’s first commission-based retention program.Thomas holds a BS in Psychology from Davidson College and a certificate of Business, Marketing, Economics, and Accounting from McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia. He is also certified in Six Sigma.
