From there, his success in the category grew. In 2002, he secured the Australian franchise rights for the wagamama Noodle Bar and, under his leadership, it was listed as one of Australia’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies for 3 consecutive years. With his primary base of operations now in New York, he’s made himself known in the highly competitive Manhattan market with two restaurants that capitalized on industry trends: Ramen Co. and the local gourmet burger franchise of The Counter. Now, with this extensive experience guiding him, his latest venture is to solve one of the industry’s greatest challenges: finding great talent. His solution? Harri, the next generation of hiring technology, combining a marketplace and networking platform into a single experience, optimized for the hospitality industry.
