Take Control of Your Destiny By Owning Your Own Business
In 1998, Andy and Colette Bell founded a resource. Communities across the United States no longer had to worry about who was working on their home. Handyman Matters equipped its customers with craftsmen who were bond, licensed, and also insured. When it comes to our handymen, we know quality matters! And after 17 years, Handyman Matters is still the main resource in protecting our customers' biggest investment: their home.\r\n\r\nTo produce the highest quality product, Handyman Matters has to first produce the highest quality team. When you work for Handyman Matters, you become part of a family. We believe in having fun, working hard, and growing our staff into business leaders.
My passion is solving problems as quickly and efficiently as possible in all aspects of my life. Having worked in a variety of small manufacturing companies with constrained resources, doing things smarter and more efficiently was the only solution to enable success. These small companies have also enabled me to develop a wide variety of diverse skills in many facets of the business. I have worked in many areas of business from establishing customer relations to literally shipping products out the door. I enjoy taking responsibility for making decisions and when I do make the occasional mistake with these decisions I learn from them and press on. This has led me to grow professionally and accept new roles and responsibilities as they come to me. I also take great joy in working to build effective and productive teams of people around me. Creating a favorable work environment to allow other associates to grow and develop in their professional life leads to success in whatever endeavor I have worked on.
