Delivery of Service management tool sets (Service Now) and implementation of Incident, Change, Transition and problem managment processes. Budget & financial accountability for IT services circa £1.3M. A sound understanding of IT trends, challenges with considerable exposure to NHS IT systems and services. Cost control and reduction – managing tight budgets and reducing operational costs while delivering high service levels. ITIL Service Management – in-depth practical experience of implementing and managing ITIL service operations and transition processes. Continuous Service Improvement– improving level of service through better process and use of toolsets (ServiceNow, BMC Service Desk Express).
