Duties include the development, drafting, and revision of loan products, loan agreements, loan servicing documents and procedures, in addition to handling complex transactional matters related to commercial agricultural loans. Provide legal counsel on compliance, loan workouts, corporate and business matters; and issues related to the Farm Credit Act.
