Success in these positions required highly proficient skills in service, problem solving, professionalism, time management & organization. I have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone. My computer skills involve the daily use of Salesforce, Microsoft Office Mail and Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, and Power Point.
