Currently working on building the centre of excellence for automation and business intelligence for a large global engineering business in Aerospace. This has involved engaging with internal and external clients to transform services and business processes, to drive out cost and improve business productivity using outsourced, off-shored and multi sourced models. I’ve successfully implemented a large IT outsourcing deal, for a global defence and security company, and then delivered the IT operations and portfolio of programmes within a Shared Services team reporting into the CIO along with several M&A engagements. I’ve in-sourced services as well as created services from scratch where a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on pragmatism has been required. Also experienced at leading large business programmes in defence, healthcare, manufacturing and other markets.
