● 10+ years of solid experience in developing and commercializing high value-added bio-based consumer products ● Established technical expertise in bioprocess development, scale-up, implementation, and industrialization ● Demonstrated expertise in technology transfer, piloting, and manufacturing ● Professional experience in bioprocess unit operations and separation/purification technologies ● In-depth technical knowledge in synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, and microbial fermentation ● Proficient in experimental design, data analysis, and techno-economic assessment ● Strong project management skills focusing on delivering critical milestones and driving commercial successes ● Track record of collaborative innovations with global interdisciplinary partners both internally and externally ● Proven strong skills in trouble-shooting, problem-solving, technical-writing, communication, and presentation ● Excellent teamwork and leadership capability on multiple complex projects within diverse research groups
