Over the past 25 years I have had the opportunity to take on some amazing challenges in key leadership positions from start-up businesses through to re-building iconic brands. I have established myself as a visionary leader who understands how to set strategic, cultural, team, and action oriented 'conditions for success'. With experience in leadership positions across several industries, including CPG (M&M Mars), Sports (Salomon Sports, TaylorMade Golf, Adidas), Fashion (Levi's) and Music (Gibson Guitars), I have always found a way to make significant impact to brand, business, and stakeholder success. With a modern balance of passion and professionalism, I always try to take an energetic approach as a 'global entrepreneur' to find pioneering solutions for brand momentum, team development, product innovation, and profitable business growth. From engaging across several Board positions through to delivering compelling keynote speeches, I have developed a unique leadership approach that is often described as a 'positive change agent for good and for growth’. My journey-to-date has provided me with the experience and confidence to accept the challenges ahead . . . and to continue to find ways to grow. I am excited about what's next for me as I open up another successful chapter soon. On the personal side, I am a triple citizen of the U.S.A, Canada, and the United Kingdom. I have attended both Stanford and Harvard for continuous executive education, and I recently received my Honorary Doctorate from my Alma Mater (St Mary’s University - Canada). I have delivered several keynote speeches, TEDX Talks, college guest lectures, and I mentor / coach several emerging leaders. I have sat on several relevant Boards, I am a Trustee of the WaterKeeper Alliance, and I have even served as a Juror at the Tribeca Film Festival. I currently live in Nashville, Tennessee with my wife (Jacqueline) and twin girls (17), and I have a son (20) in College. I enjoy playing guitar, gourmet cooking, adventure travel, and human powered sports.
