A seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in global and regional positions in Asia Pacific, Europe and US, managing HR teams from large to small businesses and non-profits. I have deep expertise in HR consulting with both practical day-to-day needs and large-scale projects, developing talent and leadership programs, with HRIS SaaS knowledge. Providing direction, confidence and resilience, directly partnering with senior leaders during COVIT-19. Throughout my career, I’ve received numerous achievements including winning the HR European Award 2011 from the EAPM and the HR Manager of the Year 2014 from the HR Magazine. Knowing my efforts can impact the drivers of the company’s success keeps me going every day. It is my professional goal to enhance the employees’ potential to advance the company’s growth through strategic operational systems. I am well versed and have success in Lean reviews and Organizational re-designs, saving around $1m in APAC and $1.8m in Europe. I have experience and understanding of David Ulrich’ work, in particularly developing HR business partners. My domain of expertise lies in change management, learning & development, HRIS migration, collective bargaining, organizational design, employment relations, performance management, strategic leadership, executive consulting & advice, pipeline development, strategic planning, HR business partnering, process improvement, talent acquisition, HR operations, project management, restructures & outsourcing, transformation processes and total reward strategy. Currently I’m working on designing and executing an HR strategy, creating an all new Employee value proposition and a roadmap to reach a strategic HR Maturity level, including a compliance and total rewards review and an HRIS implementation. My colleagues know me for my ability to mentor and cooperate with large, cross-functional and multicultural teams in matrix environments.
