Ross is a Partner in EY’s Advisory business. Ross leads the Digital and Innovation agenda for EY in MENA and sits on the Advisory Management Team. He is also the Head of the Customer Advisory practice for the Middle East & North Africa and leads the Global Customer Experience capability for EY. Ross has led the incubation and build out of the largest dedicated Customer Advisory practice in MENA, serving the most prestigious private and public organisations across the region. We help our clients to build valuable, trusted relationships with their customers and focus on designing and implementing great end to end experiences, across all physical and digital channels. We serve our clients through 20 offices in 17 countries across the MENA region. We work across a number of sectors including Retail, Consumer Products, Aviation, Automotive, Sports, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecoms, Technology, Media, Industrial, Infrastructure, Education, Government & Public Service, Defense & Security. Ross joined EY in 2007 as they restarted their consulting business and has been with the Advisory practice as they have grown from 25 people in the UK to over 40,000 people globally in 2016. Before joining EY, Ross worked within a start up environment in BT Ventures, launching Europe’s first commercial digital TV and Radio services on mobile. Ross spent his formative years with Accenture in their Comms and High Tech practice, focusing on large scale CRM Transformations. Ross has worked in 25 countries around the world and is a regular media and conference contributor around the customer agenda.
