Starting at the help desk, it’s been an interesting career growing my expertise as a SysAdmin, Engineer, Solution Architect, and now an Operations Manager. Career HIGHLIGHTS • Owning & Operating a computer support business for 7 years taught me valuable skills in CUSTOMER SERVICE (get feedback). • Leading a HIGH performance team responsible for architecture of a 30M private cloud, with more than 600 VMware ESXi hosts & 7000 VMs spanning countries. • Leading & Assisting with projects: DC Expansion, Cloud Automation, VDI, Business Continuity (Disaster Recovery) DR, Server Consolidation & Standardization, as well as many POCs.
