Went to University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law
Winning is everything. As a collegiate athletics administrator, winning means more to me than just the final score at the end of a game. Winning means graduating our student-athletes, creating an environment that fosters the personal growth of our future leaders, and preparing our student-athletes for the next step in their careers. It also means serving as a positive role model to our student-athletes by complying with the letter and spirit of NCAA rules, being committed to their academic growth and success, being a team player, working hard to reach our goals, abiding by the golden rule, and always acting with the highest level of integrity. If I had to define my job responsibilities in one word, it would be winning...and in our line of work, winning is everything.
