Coordination, facilitation, and consultation with all company management staff on information systems, communications, and business operation systems initiatives. Ensure that the company is current with the information systems standards set by company. Serves and participates proactively with other members of the company’s senior management team in developing and executing strategic plans to optimize the use of information technology in support of company objectives. Implementation of policy and decision making at executive management level regarding resource allocation and future direction and control of proposed information systems.
