Pictures & Graphics - FT Picture Syndication can, on request, deliver photographs, graphics and illustrations to clients. One-off requests - Online access to material sought by customers who do not have passwords required to access the main services. Experienced technical product manager, programme leader and architect with responsibility for the strategic direction of the Financial Times Membership & E-Commerce technical platform. Strong skills in requirements analysis, solution architecture and system design. Ability to engage with all levels of the business to translate complex business strategy towards iterative delivery road-maps. Excellent leadership of parallel Agile teams to deliver programme business goals whilst building a scalable, highly available, secure and well governed technical platform, using a mixture of software as a service and home-built solutions, deployed in the cloud. Proven track record in re-designing monolithic architectural platforms into modern, API-driven, micro-services architectures. Ability to plan the migration of complex business processes and customer migration cohorts over many iterations whilst maintaining business continuity. Specialities: Goal-orientated planning and Agile development - particularly product canvas and impact mapping, Kanban, Scrum and Jira; digital subscription, billing and payment systems with Zuora - especially credit card processing and PCI, UK Direct Debit and PayPal Express Checkout; federated identity management including oAuth and SAML with Janrain and Open Athens SP; Salesforce1 platform for CRM and force.com development; API design trade-offs and security; technical platform governance.
