With FormFactor, Stacey has held multiple Management positions, leading the PMO, Operations, Infrastructure & Security and Enterprise Applications teams over the past 13 years.  Stacey is now Sr. Director of Information Technology reporting to the CEO. In this position, she is responsible for the strategy and execution of Project Unity, a $15M, 3.5 year roadmap to modernize, standardize and consolidate the company on core enterprise systems. In this role, Stacey is also responsible for the strategy and execution of FormFactor's Security roadmap, evaluating risk profile and developing a roadmap to secure FormFactor assets. Organizationally, Stacey leads a team of 60+ IT professionals focused on IT Service Management to deliver quality solutions that meet our customer needs.
